Our Site is hosted on Squarespace and delivered through Cloudflare.

Project and client data
When you hire us, we collect and process data as part of delivering our services.
That includes aerial imagery, photogrammetry data, terrain models, volumetric measurements, and related project files.
This data belongs to the engagement and is handled under the terms of our service agreement with you.
This Privacy Policy covers it only to the extent it contains personal information.
2. Aerial Imagery and Drone Operations
Drones capture imagery from the air, and we take that responsibility seriously.
We operate under Part 107 of the Federal Aviation Regulations, and our pilots hold FAA Remote Pilot certificates.
We fly with the intent to capture only the project site we have been engaged to map.
Aerial imagery may incidentally capture people, vehicles, or neighboring property at the edges of a project area.
We do not use incidental imagery to identify, track, or profile individuals, and we do not sell it or share it outside the project engagement.
We conduct our operations in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 423, which governs the use of unmanned aircraft to capture images in Texas.
If you believe one of our flights captured imagery of you or your property and you have a concern, contact us at [email protected].
We will review the imagery in question and respond to you directly.
